Renowned Jane Austen scholar and author, Professor Janet Todd, OBE, from the University of Cambridge, has published books on Jane Austen, Aphra Behn and Mary Wollstonecraft. She is also a novelist and has published Lady Susan Plays the Game (2013) and Jane Austen and Shelley in the Garden (2021).
She was the General Editor of The Cambridge Edition of the Works of Jane Austen, has published Jane Austen: Her Life, Her Times, Her Novels, Jane Austen’s Sanditon, and her most recent book is the acclaimed memoir Living with Jane Austen, published in 2025.
